Job Details:

Position:  Preschool Special Education Teacher (Full-Time)

Schedule:   hours/week (Monday–Friday, school hours)

Duration:  August 2025 – May 2026

Pay Rate:  Up to  $48/hr  (based on experience)

Location:  Johnstown, OH 43031 (on-site)

Job Description:

Provide  specialized instruction  to preschoolers with disabilities

Develop and implement  Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Use  play-based and multisensory learning strategies

Collaborate with  speech therapists, OTs, and preschool staff

Foster  social-emotional development  and school readiness

Conduct  developmental assessments  and progress monitoring

Communicate regularly with  families and caregivers

Create  inclusive classroom environments

Education & Certification Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree  in Early Childhood Special Education

Ohio Intervention Specialist License  with  Preschool Special Needs Endorsement

Experience with  ages 3–5 with disabilities

Knowledge of  Ohio Early Learning Standards

Training in  PBIS or social-emotional curricula  (preferred)
