We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in developing children's social, emotional, and cognitive skills through engaging activities and lessons tailored to their developmental needs.
*Responsibilities*
* Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning in various subjects, including math, literacy, and physical education.
* Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction among students.
* Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a safe and respectful learning atmosphere.
* Provide individualized support to children with special needs or varying learning abilities.
* Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns regarding their development.
* Organize and supervise daily activities, including playtime, snack time, and structured learning sessions.
* Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for children.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
*Requirements*
* Bachelor's degree, Associats degree or CDA in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
* Experience working with preschool-aged children in daycare or educational settings is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and effective teaching strategies.
* Ability to manage a classroom effectively while fostering positive relationships with students.
* Experience in teaching physical education or special education is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
* A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and development.
