About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team at All About Kids Daycare & Preschool of North Canton. As a teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and help them grow and learn in a nurturing environment. This is a full-time position Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities

Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and play

Observe and document children's development and progress

Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers

Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the classroom

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year experience working with preschoolers is preferred

High School Degree required; Associate’s, Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field or CDA preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Patient, nurturing, and compassionate demeanor
