We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Teacher to join our team. As Lead Teacher, you will work closely with other teachers to create a positive and nurturing learning environment for students. Your role will involve assisting with lesson planning, implementing educational activities, and supporting the overall development of children.

```Responsibilities``` - Assist the other teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities - Provide support and guidance to students in their learning journey - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment - Collaborate with the other lead teacher to assess student progress and provide feedback - Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies - Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times - Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress

```Experience``` - Experience working with students or children in an educational setting - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Previous experience in a daycare or childcare setting is preferred - Ability to assist with lesson planning and curriculum development - Basic understanding of math concepts for early childhood development
