Summary: As a Infant Assistant Teacher at Merryhill Schools, you will help create, manage, and participate in a variety of learning environments and activities that provide opportunities for students to develop to their fullest potential and achieve their learning objectives. Participate collaboratively and professionally with other teachers and staff to promote the general well-being of the school, and the collective/individual interest of its staff and student body.
Location: 8502 Park Meadows Dr Lone Tree, CO 80124 Hours: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM(Monday through Friday) Student Age Range: Infants (6 weeks to 12 months) & Toddlers (12 months - 24 months) Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 (depending on education and experience)

Health & Safety: Prioritizes a safe, clean, and attractive learning environment. Maintains compliance with accreditation and state licensing requirements as well as all applicable state and federal laws, and internal policies and procedures.
Educate, Inspire, Engage: Our Preschool Assistant Teachers are enthusiastic about developing life-long learners, genuinely care about children, and possess the sensitivity and knowledge to understand a child’s individual needs while fostering an inclusive classroom.
Relationship Building: Have a strong desire to work collaboratively with a talented team of diverse educators and administrators. Develop and maintain interpersonal relationships with the families, students, and school community.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Must have a minimum high school diploma.
Must be able to carry or lift 25 pounds or less (25-50%) often and 25-50 pounds (10-25%) occasionally.
Complies with all company and state-specific standards and maintains validation of required credentials for the position.
Ability to successfully pass state and federal background check.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to connect with students.
A minimum of one completed ECE course as approved CDED AND at least nine (9) months (1,365 hours) of verified experience in the care and supervision of four (4) or more children less than eight (8) years of age.
