We are looking for a passionate and dedicated *Preschool and/or Toddler Teacher* to become part of our team. In this role, you will inspire and support preschool and toddler-aged children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive growth through creative and interactive educational activities. *Responsibilities:*
* Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. * Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that encourages learning and exploration. * Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques to promote good conduct among students. * Provide individualized care and attention to each child, ensuring their welfare and developmental needs are met. * Conduct assessments to monitor children's progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. * Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's development and address any concerns regarding their welfare. * Incorporate physical education activities into the curriculum to promote healthy habits among children. * Stay informed about the latest developments in early childhood education practices and incorporate them into the classroom setting.
*Requirements*
* A minimum of an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required. * Experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting is highly desirable. * Knowledge of child welfare principles and early intervention strategies. * Experience in classroom management and behavior management techniques. * Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. * Familiarity with standardized testing methods for early childhood education is a plus. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues. * A genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and development through educational play.
