Key Responsibilities: -Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with Texas Prekindergarten Guidelines and district standards -Foster a classroom environment that promotes learning through exploration, play, and structured activities -Support students' social-emotional development, self-regulation, and independence -Conduct ongoing assessment of student progress and adjust instruction as needed -Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and classroom activities -Collaborate with other early childhood staff and support personnel to meet individual student needs -Maintain accurate records, including attendance, assessments, and parent communications -Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment -Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and campus events
