You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You: Have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education , or possess a Bachelor's Degree in another field but have also obtained an Associate's Degree in ECE, a Technical College Diploma or Certificate in ECE, a Montessori Teaching Diploma accredited by MACTE, or a valid Preschool CDA credential, and are able to pass a background check. Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances. Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
