Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Active Texas licensure or eligibility for licensure
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred

Familiarity with Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes
Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in pediatric and healthcare clients
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathology assistants (SLPAs)
Monitor client progress and maintain detailed, accurate documentation of evaluations and therapy sessions
Ensure compliance with healthcare and educational requirements
