A school district near San Antonio is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services to students in grades K-12. This full-time, onsite position offers a dynamic work environment focused on supporting pediatric and school-based speech therapy needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect speech-language pathology services to K-12 students
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district regulations
Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
Qualifications and Experience:
Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology
Current state licensure as an SLP or eligibility for licensure
Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
Experience working in a school setting is preferred but not required
Skilled in pediatric speech-language assessment and intervention
Strong communication and organizational skills
