About the Role:


Were hiring a Part-Time Professional Development (PD) Teacher focused on maintaining schoolwide structure, behavior systems, and adult consistency. This role is part instructional coach, and all about ensuring a respectful, safe, and well-run school environment.

Youll help set the tone across campus: coaching teachers, supporting student behavior, and ensuring our systems and expectations are clear, consistent, and upheld by everyone.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the creation and enforcement of schoolwide behavioral systems and structures
  • Help develop and lead training for teachers on behavior management, adult presence, and student respect
  • Monitor classroom and hallway culture, helping maintain smooth transitions and professional adult-student interactions
  • Assist with real-time behavior supporthelping redirect students, reset classroom norms, and support teachers with discipline practices
  • Provide feedback and coaching to teachers on school policies and routines
  • Maintain fidelity of school rules, policies, and adult conduct expectations
  • Track basic data on behavior trends and system gaps
  • Serve as a visible and proactive presence on campus during key transitions


Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years experience working in a school setting (instructional, behavioral, or operations-focused roles)
  • Strong understanding of school structure, discipline systems, and professional communication
  • Confident, calm, and clear presence with both students and adults
  • Ability to lead by example and enforce expectations with professionalism and empathy
  • Reliable and consistentable to model follow-through and hold others accountable
  • At least 2 years Experience as a Behavior Coach, Instructional Coach, or PD Facilitator
  • Background in behavior intervention, restorative practices, or compliance
  • Comfortable giving feedback to peers and staff
