Part Time Teacher Aide Teacher Aide Pay & Perks:

Teacher Aide Qualifications:
· REQUIRED: at least hours of college coursework or passing score on the Paraprofessional Praxis test

Teacher Aide Primary Responsibilities:
· Support classroom teachers’ focus on three pillars: academic excellence, values-based character education, and service learning in the community.
· Support a joyful, hopeful school community.
· Providing direct student interventions by working with students 1:1 and in a small group on content driven by data.
· Co-teaching lessons throughout the day.
· Reinforcing positive behavior that students exhibit throughout the day.
· Serving as “in-house substitute” when classroom teachers are out of the building for PLC meetings.
· Supervising students throughout the day.
· Welcome opportunities to develop professionally.
