Crimson Global Academy (CGA) is an accredited US private online high school seeking qualified, passionate, and inspiring subject teachers to transform the future of education. You'll join a team of highly experienced teachers conducting lessons in small, engaging virtual classrooms. Our students are ambitious, studying part-time alongside traditional schools or full-time as their sole education provider. Many aim to attend top universities in the US and UK. We are seeking experienced, passionate Creative Engineering Design Teachers to teach our group classes starting in September. 100% remote teaching with a global impact! The available time slots are (all times in PST): 2 pm 9 pm You may choose one or both of these slots if selected. Key Responsibilities: Deliver personalized, high-quality instruction tailored to each student's needs. Use diverse teaching strategies and digital tools to create an engaging learning environment. Assess student progress, provide feedback, and adjust teaching methods accordingly. Plan and execute course schedules, including session content and assessments. Conduct interactive live sessions using online resources to enhance learning. Assign homework, design assessments, and give constructive feedback to foster growth. Develop educational materials, including tests and exams, for CGA’s resource library. Manage your online classroom on Canvas, keeping it organized with assignments and assessments. Requirements: At least 5 years of teaching experience in a school setting (tutoring experience does not count). Bachelor’s degree or higher in the subject area. Excellent communication skills for interaction with students, parents, and team members. Familiarity with online teaching platforms and innovative education methods.
