This position involves working one-on-one with a high school student who is homebound, providing tailored instruction to support their educational needs in a health-related curriculum. Responsibilities: Develop and implement engaging health lesson plans designed for high school students. Provide individualized support to facilitate the student's learning and ensure they meet their educational goals. Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles. Qualifications: Dual certification in Health Education and Special Education for high school grades. Proven experience working with students with special needs, preferably in a high school setting.
