Tiny Steps Learning Center is seeking dedicated On-Call Teacher Assistants to join our team. We provide a welcoming, safe, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Position Overview: The On-Call Teacher Assistant will provide support to Lead Teachers and classroom staff on an as-needed basis. This role involves assisting with daily activities, physical caregiving, and maintaining a positive learning environment. Responsibilities include: Assisting with physical caregiving and developmental assessments. Supporting the curricular plan and classroom activities. Building supportive relationships with staff, parents, and students.

Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in early childhood education preferred. Associate Degree in Education or current CDA certification (preferred). Strong understanding of child development and educational methods. Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Bilingual English & Spanish preferred. Able to lift up to 45 pounds multiple times per day. Willingness to submit to background checks. CPR, First Aid, and Blood Borne Pathogen certification or ability to obtain upon hire. Flexible availability to work on an on-call basis.
