Who You Are:

Education : Hold (or are willing to earn) a CDA, Associate, or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education well help you get there! Experience : 1-2 years in childcare is ideal, but your enthusiasm and dedication are what matter most. Skills : Strong communicator, multitasker, and positive role model for little learners. Heart for Teaching : Youre passionate about making a difference in toddler and preschool classrooms. Energy : Ready to engage with children, lift up to 50 lbs, and provide a safe, loving environment.
