Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated
Middle School Special Education Teacher
to join a supportive school district in New Hampshire. This full-time position is for the full 20252026 school year. Responsibilities: Provide direct instruction and support to middle school students with disabilities. Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and service providers. Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation. Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as required.
