*NEW* Virtual School Speech Language Pathologist (CCC/CFY) Needed in Fairfax, Virginia!

Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required. Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
State licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility.
Experience working with K-12 students preferred.
Strong knowledge of speech, language development, and disorders.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply (supervision available).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with special needs (e.g., Autism, ADHD, language delays).
Familiarity with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices and strategies.
Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) are a plus.
Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support students communication needs.
Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to goal-setting, and track student progress.
Stay updated with evidence-based practices and participate in professional development.
