Requirements Qualifications: Valid Cosmetology License and Nail Technician License in the state of Indiana . Must have a valid Beauty of Culture Teaching license in the state of Indiana. Experience in the nail industry with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills. Teaching experience or a desire to mentor students is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Passion for education and commitment to student success. Ability to foster a positive and engaging classroom environment.
