Pay Rate: $15.49/hr - $18.99/hr Non-Teaching Rate and up to $23.09/hr Total Teaching Rate depending on background and experience.

As a Music Teacher, you will teach music lessons following Guitar Center Lessons curriculum, increase student count, and foster a culture of integrity, inclusion, passion, and respect.

Impact of the Music Teacher role:
Store Culture & Excellence:
Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain students based on community needs.
Teach using Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum.
Assist with customer service, creating a great experience to build long-term relationships.
Additional duties as assigned.
Student & Parent Partnership:
Build trusting relationships through communication, respecting parents' insights.
Update on student progress regularly.
Share goals and achievements frequently.
Requirements:
Experience in Music, Education, or related fields.
Ability to teach proficiently in instruments like Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc.
Demonstrated competency and proficiency in the chosen instrument.
