Responsibilities:
- Implement Montessori principles and practices to create an engaging and effective learning environment.
- Develop and deliver individualized lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration, collaboration, and independence.
- Observe and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help them reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support each childs educational journey and well-being.
- Montessori Certification for Primary Education (AMI, AMS, or equivalent) preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Experience in a Montessori setting or with young children is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with children and a commitment to Montessori philosophy and practices.
