Job description: – Interest to work in a brand new school under the Montessori Pedagogical Methodology. – Be prepared to safe execute any emergencies and practice evacuation drills with school team within strong mindfulness of own position of action. – Work with calm manner under a child or children’s distress situations to attend their needs. – Know to respect the child at their own age appropriate level. – Slow down own pace to keep the school atmosphere in calming matters. – Strong commitment with own schedules of work above all circumstances in order to attend the children in our care. – Strong commitment to work at the age appropriate child level without imposed authority of discipline. – Be mindful and respectful with the other adult’s circumstances of work as well as the surrounding children in the environment.
