*Mission Montessori* is seeking a *full-time Assistant Teacher* to join our *Infant and Young Toddler Team*, working *Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM* with children ages *6–24 months*.

*Responsibilities*
* Engage children in lessons and activities that align with the Montessori philosophy. * Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom that encourages exploration and independence. * Support children’s emotional, social, and cognitive growth through individualized attention. * Provide attentive care for infants and toddlers, including diapering, food preparation, feeding, and all daily caretaking needs. * Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to deliver the highest quality of care. * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment that reflects Mission Montessori’s values.
*Requirements*
* 12 College Units in Early Childhood Education or Child Development (required) * Experience working with young children (preferably infants and toddlers) * Ability to lift children up to 30 lbs and move easily between floor and standing positions * A genuine love for young children and a passion for early childhood education

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
