POSITION SUMMARY: Assist the Director of Events and Guest Services in the management of the Welcome Center, training and development of Student Ambassadors and in the planning and execution of guest visits to BJU.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedules Student Ambassadors to work in the Welcome Center
Plan and coordinate Student Ambassador training and development
Assist with Welcome Center daily operations
Coordination of guest airport shuttles
Oversee the Campus View Apartments guest reservations
Assists with coordinating Welcome Center resources for events
Host for VIP campus guests
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to communicate effectively with people
Creative thinking and resourcefulness
Determination and self-motivation
Administrative skills
Organizational skills
Familiarity with BJU student experience
Good knowledge of BJU campus
Microsoft Office
