Grade Levels: 58
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (Fridays are student half-days; teachers stay for paid professional development)
Caseload: Max 12 students; pull-out sessions are typically 56 students per group
Support: While classrooms do not have assigned paras, many students have 1:1 paraprofessionals who may assist
Planning Time: Daily planning period and lunch break provided
Fridays: Progress monitoring in the morning
Professional development in the afternoon
Responsibilities: Provide Math and Reading interventions in a pull-out setting
Write and manage IEPs using IEPWriter
Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
Collaborate with staff, families, and service providers
Requirements: Active PA Special Education Certification (grades 58) or eligibility to obtain by August 25, 2025
Experience with small-group instruction and progress monitoring
Knowledge of IEPWriter platform preferred
Strong communication, documentation, and instructional skills
