A full-time Special Education teaching opportunity is available for a Middle School Resource/Inclusion position located in Elkhart, IN. Position Responsibilities: Deliver tailored instruction and support within a resource/inclusion setting to meet the academic and social needs of middle school students with disabilities. Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies to promote growth and engagement. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal special education regulations. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and independence. Qualifications: Valid Special Education Certification for the state of Indiana.
