Minimum 1+ years special education experience required. Soliantis seeking two dedicated and collaborative Middle School PASS (Positive Approach to Student Success) Teachers for the 20252026 academic year. These positions support students with social-emotional and behavioral needs through targeted resource instruction and inclusive support. Each teacher will manage a caseload of approximately 15 students, with assistance from one full-timeparaprofessional.

Students will receive support primarily through resource social skills instruction and within general education settings for inclusion services. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct instruction in social skills and behavioral strategies to students with IEPs.

Support students in general education settings by collaborating with classroom teachers and implementing accommodations.

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's academic, social, and behavioral goals.

Collect data and monitor student progress on behavioral and academic goals.

Work closely with paraprofessionals, providing direction, support, and oversight.

Use evidence-based practices to promote student engagement, self-regulation, and positive behavior.

Maintain regular communication with families, service providers, and school staff.

Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and team collaboration sessions.

Qualifications: Valid Texas teaching license with appropriate Special Education certification (required).

Experience working with middle school students and/or students with emotional or behavioral needs (preferred).

Strong classroom management and organizational skills.

Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Knowledge of inclusion strategies and behavioral intervention plans (BIPs).

Schedule and Location: This position requires a commitment of 40hours per week
