Minimum 1+ years special education experience required. Soliant is seeking a dedicated and qualified Onsite Middle School Special Education Teacher to join our team for the 20252026 academic year. This full-time position serves students with a range of learning, behavioral, and developmental needs in a supportive and inclusive middle school environment.

Key Responsibilities: Provide direct special education services to middle school students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Develop and implement lesson plans that accommodate students' specific disabilities and promote academic and social development.
Assess student progress regularly and adjust instruction accordingly.
Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and paraprofessionals to support inclusive practices.
Participate in IEP meetings, maintain accurate documentation, and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Support behavioral interventions and provide classroom management strategies aligned with students needs.
Qualifications: Must hold a valid Tier 3 or Tier 4 Minnesota Educator License in Special Education.
Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and data-driven instruction.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Schedule and Location: This position requires a commitment of 37.5hours per week
