Location: Philadelphia, PA Company: Soliant Education Contract: 2025-2026 School Year Soliant Education is seeking a qualified and dedicated Special Education Teacher to fill an onsite position for 7th and 8th Grade Math at a school in Philadelphia, PA. This is a full-time, contract role for the 2025-2026 academic year. Position Overview: This role focuses on delivering math instruction to special education students in middle school, using the Math 180 curriculum. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about supporting diverse learners and experienced in working within special education at the middle school level. Key Responsibilities: Provide math instruction to students in 7th and 8th grade special education settings

Utilize Math 180 curriculum and adapt lessons to meet individual student needs

Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with the special education team

Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and compliance requirements

Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements: Valid PA Instructional I or II Certification in Special Education

Middle School Math certification preferred but not required

Emergency certifications are not accepted

Experience teaching math in a special education setting, preferably at the middle school level

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Ability to work onsite in Philadelphia, PA

Compensation and Benefits: Hourly Pay: $40-$50, based on experience
