Position Details The classroom teacher will be responsible for the direct instruction of students, planning instruction, setting goals, and implementing curriculum; clear and timely communication to parents regarding standards and students’ achievements and deficiencies; teaching good study habits; monitoring and assessing academic processes; working with student specialists, parents, and administration to develop individual education plans, provide independent study plans, and provide academic remediation as needed.
