Position Purpose Under the general supervision of the School Principal, to develop students' skills and competence in basic and complex mathematical principles, equations, formulas and calculations, as well as an understanding of the application of mathematics in the solution of practical problems.

Requirements: Bachelors Degree from a Recongnized Accredited Univeristy Valid Texas teacher Certificate in Mathematics (7-12), - eligible for employment through an Alternative Certification Program (ACP). Eligible ACP Candidates must meet requirements for this position by having passed the appropriate TExES content exam. Teaching experience preferred, but not required.
