This role is vital in promoting academic achievement and fostering a love for mathematics among middle school students. Develop and execute lesson plans aligned with state standards and curriculum guidelines to meet diverse learning needs.
Employ a variety of teaching methods and instructional resources to enhance student understanding and engagement in math concepts.
Use assessment data to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies to support individual learning needs and goals.
Create a classroom atmosphere that is conducive to learning and supports the emotional and social development of students.

Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.

Strong understanding of middle school math concepts and curriculum standards.
Previous experience in teaching mathematics at the middle school level is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire students and collaborate with colleagues and parents.
