Job Summary

This position is based at the RCP campus for the 2025-2026 school year. As part of our district's long-term planning efforts, the RCP site is expected to consolidate with Roseland University Prep (RUP) in the 2026-2027 school year. While the position is not designated as temporary, applicants should be aware that the position and site assignments may shift as part of this transition.

Initial Salary Placement: We allow all years of service for newly hired certificated unit members.

Hiring Bonus: Roseland School District is offering a one-time signing bonus for eligible newly hired certificated employees in hard-to-fill positions for the 2025-2026 school year. Bonus amounts vary by credential type and assignment, including:

$6,000-$8,000 for fully credentialed candidates

$5,000 for interns

$4,000 for candidates with qualifying permits

$8,000 for eligible bilingual-authorized positions

Payout Schedule: The bonus is paid in three installments-September, January, and May-following acceptance of an offer and commencement of paid service. Temporary certificates (TCCs) and 30-day substitute permits do not qualify.
