When students come to our Homework Center, they often feel overwhelmed or unsure where to start. As a *Homework Center Coach*, you'll help them *plan their work, stay on track, and overcome executive function (EF) barriers* like procrastination, focus challenges, and perfectionism.

We provide *full training* in our proven EF approach—skills that will make _you_ a stronger teacher, coach, and professional.

*What You'll Do*

* Support students in *math (Geometry, Algebra, Calculus)*; science is a plus * Help students plan and prioritize assignments * Keep students engaged, focused, and productive * Work with students of varied learning styles, including learning differences

*What We're Looking For*

* Strong math knowledge (science a plus) * Experience teaching, tutoring, or coaching students * Ability to manage multiple students in a fast-paced setting * Positive, patient, and encouraging approach

* *Pay:* $20-$23/hour (increases over time) * *Hours:* 16-24 per week (2-3 full days) * *Schedule:* *Sundays 10:30am-6pm required* + select weekdays (Mon-Thurs 2:30-9:30pm) based on your availability * *Location:* In-person, McLean, VA

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 22 per week
