What You’ll Do
As a key member of our campus team, you will:
Supervise and engage students in indoor and outdoor play, games, and creative activities
Lead fun and age-appropriate arts & crafts projects
Support students with homework and quiet study time
Collaborate with fellow team members and teachers to ensure a smooth and safe daily routine
Assist with light cleaning tasks (sweeping, wiping tables, and trash removal) to maintain a clean and welcoming space
Schedule & Pay
Pay Range: $22 – $27 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday
Lunch Shift: 10:45 AM – 1:15 PM
After School Shift: 2:45 PM – 6:00 PM

What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED required
Experience working with children (in schools, camps, childcare, etc.) preferred
A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to connect with students of various ages
Someone reliable, energetic, and enjoys being active
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and supervise for extended periods of time
Capable of bending, stooping, and moving quickly across campus when needed
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Must maintain active supervision of students at all times by sight and sound
