Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Elementary Education, or a related field with at least 30 child-related credits. Active enrollment in an accredited program may be considered with experience.

Successful background check and VA licensing standards.

Responsibilities

Create, design, and implement lesson plans.

Manage students during learning, play, meals, and rest.

Maintain an organized and clean classroom.

Observe children's interests and collaborate with team members to develop engaging curricula.

Communicate daily with parents via various channels, including mobile apps and personal conversations.
