About the Role:

Arrow Alliance Industries is seeking committed and compassionate Educators to deliver academic instruction to incarcerated Native American youth in BIA-operated juvenile detention centers. This unique position offers the opportunity to make a profound difference in the lives of underserved students through high-quality, individualized education.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site instruction using blended learning models (eLearning + in-person).

• Conduct academic in-processing and assessments upon student intake.

• Develop and maintain Individual Plans for Academic Student Success (IPASS).

• Collaborate with student home schools for academic continuity and credit recovery.

• Tailor instruction through Customized Individual Education Plans (CIEP).

• Track and report on student academic progress monthly.

• Participate in juvenile out-processing and final education documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.

• Valid teaching certification.

• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience.

• Experience working with at-risk youth or in alternative education settings is preferred.
