We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager and Team Leader to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Management:
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize and improve effectiveness.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging and high-quality content that aligns with campaign objectives.
Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to campaigns in real-time.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.
Set clear goals and performance expectations for team members, conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the digital marketing landscape.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
Budget Management:
Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Track and report on budget performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay within financial targets.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with PPC/SEM/SEO and content marketing.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
