About the Role:
As a Lead Preschool/Toddler Teacher, you'll:
- Create a nurturing, safe classroom environment for children ages 1-5.
- Deliver lessons from our exclusive Balanced Learning® curriculum (training provided).
- Foster trusted relationships with families and coworkers.
- Help children develop critical early life skills-emotionally, socially, and cognitively.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- North Carolina Early Childhood Credential (NCECC) or equivalent
- 1+ year of early childhood experience (required)
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Able to reliably commute or relocate to Chapel Hill, NC 27516
Job Details:
- Job Types: Full-time or Part-time
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts | Monday-Friday | No weekends
- Expected hours: 30-40 per week
- Work Location: On-site
