Responsibilities: • Develop and execute developmentally suitable activities and lessons tailored for toddlers' growth and development • Establish a secure and supportive environment that fosters toddlers' learning and development • Monitor and evaluate each child's progress and development, maintaining regular communication with parents/guardians • Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and engaging curriculum • Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and developmental milestones for each toddler Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with toddlers in a daycare or preschool setting • Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field • Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to create a safe and nurturing environment for toddlers Competencies: • US Work Authorization Compensation: $18 hourly
