Responsibilities Plan age appropriate lessons and implement developmentally appropriate practices in classroom Update Tadpoles Parent Communication App Execute planned lessons and follow daily classroom strcuture/schedule keep a clean, organized classroom Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones Communicate with parents and update them on their childrens activities Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience as a lead teacher in a child care setting Strong understanding of child development Patient, kind, and nurturing Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills Child Development Associate Certificate (CDA certified) Must be able to commit to a 8:00-5:00pm schedule or 8:30am-5:30pm schedule with an hour break
