Qualifications

  • High School diploma required
  • Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or Child Development Associate (CDA) or TCC for a LEAD position
  • Meets background check eligibility
  • Compassionate attitude and strong understanding of child development
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Dependable and adaptable and enjoys working in a team environment
  • Implement lesson plans, training on sight
