About the Role:We are seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team at our Broadway location. As the Lead Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum for children aged 18 months to 3 years old. You will work closely with our team of teachers to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for our young learners. Your role will be crucial in fostering a love of learning and preparing our students for their future academic success.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare center or comparable settingCPL III or Child Development Associate Certificate upon hireAbility to pass BCI/FBI and ODJFS Background CheckExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with other staff members and parentsPreferred Qualifications:Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field with 1+ years experience Current CPR and First Aid certificationResponsibilities:Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities for infantsProvide a safe and nurturing environment for infantsCommunicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and needsMaintain accurate records of each child's development and progressCollaborate with other staff members to ensure a positive and engaging learning experience for all studentsSkills:As the Lead Toddler Teacher, you will utilize your knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices to create and implement a curriculum that fosters a love of learning in our young students. You will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with our team of teachers and communicate regularly with parents.
