Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. This role involves educating children, managing classroom dynamics, and supporting the developmental needs of each child.
Duties
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood development and learning.
Educate children in various subjects, including basic literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that accommodates children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities.
Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to enhance the educational experience.
Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
Organize activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development through play-based learning.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the classroom to ensure a conducive learning environment.
Potty Training
Experience
Proven experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting is preferred.
Strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices.
Experience in behavior management techniques to effectively address various classroom situations.
Ability to create engaging activities that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
A background in caregiving or childcare is highly desirable.
Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
