Lead Teacher – The Goddard School® of Simsbury, CT Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights or Weekends

At The Goddard School of Simsbury, we believe teachers are the heart of our school. As a Lead Teacher, you’ll create a nurturing classroom environment, deliver engaging, play-based lessons, and inspire young learners to grow and thrive.

What You'll Do:

Lead daily classroom activities rooted in a developmentally appropriate curriculum

Foster a warm, inclusive space where children feel safe, seen, and encouraged
