Are you a creative, high-energy educator who thrives on hands-on, movement-based learning? Do you have a passion for helping young children grow through play, teamwork, and emotional development?

This is a full-time position 33-40 hours per week, ideal for someone who enjoys making a big impact in a short amount of time.

Were launching Mind and Motiona new enrichment program designed as an engaging alternative to nap time for children aged 3-5and were looking for a Part-Time Lead Enrichment Teacher to bring it to life!

Why This is a Unique Opportunity:
This isnt your typical classroom role. Youll have the freedom to design your curriculum using a mix of sports, creative arts, dance, sensory play, group games, and mindfulness activities. Youll lead both small- and whole-group sessions focused on movement, teamwork, and emotional regulation.

Youll have access to a variety of supplies throughout the school and receive an additional $100/month to purchase anything else you may need to bring your ideas to life.

Your "classroom" will include the gymnasium, indoor hallways, and outdoor playgrounds, giving you endless flexibility to create an exciting and nurturing experience.

What Youll Do:


  • Plan and lead a 2-hour daily enrichment session for children (ages 35)
  • Incorporate sensory play, gross motor activities, and calming routines
  • Support social-emotional growth through games, movement, and peer interaction
  • Proactively manage behaviors using positive, age-appropriate strategies
  • Collaborate with two assistant teachers to maintain a safe and joyful group dynamic
  • Maintain consistency, structure, and a high level of engagement throughout each session

What Were Looking For:


  • A degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience working with children ages 35 in a large and small group setting
  • Strong classroom management skills and experience with behavior support
  • A creative and energetic personality with a passion for active learning
  • Familiarity with sensory play, mindfulness, or trauma-informed practices is a plus
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
