What You'll Do

Requirements
What We're Looking For Experience caring for infants in a licensed childcare setting (preferred) A calm, nurturing nature and genuine love for babies Strong organizational and leadership skills Extensive understanding of infant development and responsive care CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified) along with continuing education annually Meets state qualification requirements, undergo fingerprinting and background checks Ability to lift 50 lbs and respond quickly to children's needs Maintain supervision of children at all times within sight and sound A calm, caring nature and love for the tiniest learners
