Summary: As a Lead Teacher for Infants, you will actively create, manage, and participate in enriching learning environments that foster growth and development in infants aged 6 weeks to 12 months. Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to promote an engaging and supportive atmosphere for children, families, and the school community. Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday) Compensation: $18-$21 per hour (Dependent on experience & education) Key Responsibilities: Culture: Cultivate a positive influence among peers to achieve the school's vision of excellence while upholding quality education programs through effective curriculum implementation. Health & Safety: Ensure a safe, clean, and inviting learning environment that complies with all accreditation, licensing requirements, and internal policies. Educate, Inspire, Engage: Demonstrate enthusiasm for early education and develop life-long learners by understanding individual children's needs in an inclusive classroom setting. Relationship Building: Foster collaborative relationships with a diverse team of educators, families, students, and the wider school community. Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. A Childhood Development Associate (CDA) or Certified Childcare Professional (CCP), or 60 semester hours from an accredited college including relevant coursework in childcare and/or child development (birth to age six). Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds consistently, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Open to working with both Infant (6 weeks to 12 months) and Pre-K (4-5 years) age groups.
