Responsibilities Provide a warm, safe, and supportive classroom setting. Manage classroom activities and ensure effective classroom management. Utilize early childhood education principles to create a nurturing learning environment. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Implement behavior management strategies to support student learning and development. Engage young learners in educational activities. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and teaching strategies. Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the needs of young students. Utilize communication skills to effectively convey educational concepts to students.
