*Job Summary*
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced *Preschool Teacher* to join our Fall Creek team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of hands-on experience in a preschool setting and hold a *CDA or higher*. This role is perfect for an educator who thrives in a collaborative, family-like environment and is committed to helping children grow socially, emotionally, and academically through creative play and intentional learning.
*Duties*
* Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education best practices. * Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports each child's unique needs. * Guide children's behavior with positive strategies that encourage respect, kindness, and responsibility. * Teach foundational skills in literacy, math, and social development through interactive activities and play. * Communicate openly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and daily experiences. * Conduct developmental assessments to track and support each child's growth. * Collaborate with fellow educators to plan activities and share best practices. * Provide attentive care when needed, meeting both the physical and emotional needs of children.
*Qualifications*
* *Minimum of 2 years* experience working in a preschool or early childhood setting. * *CDA (Child Development Associate) credential or higher* required. * Strong understanding of child development and early learning practices. * Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and coworkers. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively participate in classroom and playground activities. * Must pass a comprehensive background check.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
